My trifle light

In winter, I used to make every week different kind of compote (with pears, with apples, with banana and sometimes I add dried figs, or dried abricots and just a drop of vanilla sugar), and to make a desert with it like a trifle, nothing more simple.

I put 2 spoons of curd cheese with a drop of vanilla sugar in a nice cup, then you put 2 spoons of compote of your choice, and on the top, just sprinkle granola (nuts, almonds, oatmeal) and a small spoon of honey.

You have a very nice desert, very healthy, and perfect for winter diners.
