A classic one
For tea-time, a good classic one: the chocolate cake.
My recipe is really simple (as usual, I know). You need 200g black chocolate, to melt with 170g of butter. Mix the yellow of 4 eggs with 130g of sugar (I only use brown sugar). Beat the egg whites strong. Then mix the yellow egg-sugar with the chocolate-butter. Add 70f or flour, and then the egg white.
Put in the hot oven for 30 minutes. When it's cold, you can make a topper with 50g of chocolate and 30g of butter.
Wait again it's cold. And then you can eat.
For this one I put a cherry on top too!
