Once again a dessert with macha and black sesame.
You need agar agar, 2 small spoons of macha, 2 small spoons of black sesame paste, 20cl of milk, 20cl of liquid cream, 2 eggs in snow, 20+60g of sugar.
You have to make a chantilly, mix the 60g of sugar with the white eggs. Mix the black sesame paste with the 20g of sugar and half of the milk and half of the agar agar. And the other had of the same ingredients with the matcha. Then add to each mixture half of the white eggs and the chantilly.
In a glass, put the sesame mixture then the matcha one.
In the fridge during 2 hours before eating .
