Here is my recipe of granola, the one I used all the time to make a yogurt (or a compote) like a better dessert.
100g of oatmeal
2 spoons of sunflower seed
2 spoons of tapered grilled almonds
2 spoons of crushed hazelnuts
2 spoons of honey
40g of salted butter
10cl of water
1 small spoon of cinnamon
1 small spoon of ginger (fresh is better)
1 small spoon of vanilla...
You can add other seeds, the one you like.
Mix all the ingredients, and spread over a plate, and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven.
You can preserved for weeks in a airtight container.
