Veal and vegetables in a wok
For this time it's not a "sweet" post from my part, haha.
Of course I don't eat only sweets, but that's what I love best to cook.
So this time I give you my way to cook in a wok (or in a big frying pan).
In a lot of my recipes I start with an onion with olive oil, and add different kind of things. Here carrots, zucchini, Chinese cabbage, veal in small slices, soybean sprout (moyashi), soya sauce, sesam seeds.
Sometimes I add rice, but for this one I prefer add chinese pasta (you cook them separately, it's very quick, just one minute in boiling water).
