One thing I missed from Tokyo is the Matcha frappuccino from Starbucks. I 've tasted it the first time with Kotomi, in Omotesando during summer. It's just delicious, if you like matcha of course.
In Paris, there's not the macha one in Starbucks, but at home I can make one lighter with the instant tea powder I bring back from Japan (or Gentiane send me when I do not have anymore). It's simple to make, you just add milk and icecubes to the instant tea powder, shake it, and it's ready!
Of course you can add chantilly, but it's not necessary in my opinion.
I can also use the instant tea to make hot matcha milk tea (for winter afternoon).
