Potimarron purée

As Gentiane, I love potimarron, not simple pumpkin, but the small one (and I prefer kabocha, but not so easy to find in Paris).

I decided to make a simple mash pumpkin with only the potimarron, salt, pepper and coconut cream. It's just a perfect combinaison, and so confortable in winter when it's so cold outside.
