Salmon cream cheese bagel

I'm not as good as Gentiane to make bread, but last week I bought a book with only American recipes and I love cream cheese bagel, so I decided to try the recipe.  

It's complicated, the most convenient think is to wait for the bread dough to be ready. It take 1+ 1 hours then you can put the bread in the oven. 

For the bagel, you need 2 spoons of baking powder, 1 spoon of sugar, 400g of flour, half a spoon of salt and 25cl of water.  

You mix the baking powder, the sugar and the water (hot). Then add it to the flour and salt. 

You knead and you let the bread dough in a hot place for one hour. Then, you cut in 8 pieces and make ring, and wait for one hour more.  

Bake them for 20 minutes in a hot oven. 

Ready to spread with cream cheese and add salmon.
