Rouleau de printemps - Spring roll

Here in Paris, the weather is like spring, not summer at all. So I decided to make spring rolls.  

It's quite simple, except I bought small rice crepe, and next time I will take a bigger size.  

You need: 

- salad (lettuce) 

- few shrimps (1 for each roll)

- 2 carot cut in small stripes (for 6 rolls)

- 2 leafs of mint by roll

- handle of soya spouts  

- rice noodles   

- few small peaces of chiken

- rice crepes (one for each roll)

Cook the chiken with a little of soya sauce. Steam the carrots. Put the crepes in cold water, one by one. Put the crepe on a clean towel. And put the shrimp, the lettuce, the carrot, the chiken, the soya, the noddles, and roll the crepe.
