Cheese naan
After trying two new Indian restaurants in Paris (same chef): desi road and RG road, we decided to cook at home Indian food. We went in the Indian neighborhood and bought all the ingredients and ideas to the classic recipe of cheese naans.
You need:
- 200g of plain flour
- vegetable oil, as needed
- 2 pinches of baking powder
- 2 pinches of caster sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150g of natural yoghurt
- 50ml of warm water
For the filling:
- 8 slices of "vache qui rit "
- spinach cooked
- feta cheese
- coriander
- salt / peper
Mix all the ingredients and make 8 small balls then roll then like a crepe. Cook them, one a the time in a hot pan with a drop of butter. Turn it and add the mix with spinach and cheese.
When it's done, it's ready to eat.
