An other classic recipe inspired by the delicious Indian restaurant in Paris MG road.
- 250g of red lentils
- 1 onion
- 20cl of coconut milk
- 1 small tomato bix
- 1 spoon of curcuma
- 1 spoon of cumin
- 50cl water
Cut the onion, add the tomato and the spices and a drop of oil. Add the lentils and the water. Bake for 15 minutes on the fire. Then add the coconut milk.
You can mix all to make a cream or eat like that. Don't forget the coriander on the top.
It's perfect like that or to be served with meat. Here we have a masala mignon tenderloin.
