Arancini

The first time I tasted arancini was last year for my first day in Sicily. There are rice balls with minced meat, cheese, veggies, egg... and fried. It's delicious.
I decided to try to make some now back in Paris and I bring back arancini rice (but you can use risotto rice).
- 500g of rice
- 1 mozzarella
- 2 or 3 slices of Italian ham
- 1 shalot
- 4 eggs
- salt
- peppers
- few basil leafs
- breadcrumbs
Mix all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs and make balls.
Roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry them in oil like a donut.
