One of my favorite dessert and so easy to make is Corsica fiadone.
Of course it's not easy to find "bruccio" except in Corsica or south of France, so you can do it with brousse (in Japan, it will be very complicate I suppose, so you can try wih yogurt or to make your own brousse with milk).
For a fiadone for 4-6 people, you need:
- 250 g of brousse
- 80 g of brown suggar (do I have to precise that because I only use organic sugar and there is only brown sugar)
- 4 eggs
- 1 big lemon
You mix all the ingredients together and add the lemon juice plus the zest.
You put the mix in a mold, and in the hot oven during 20 minutes (180°).
You can try it warm, but it's better cold.
