Few days ago, I had a very nice experience in a new place in Paris. It's a new restaurant (and hotel by the way), just 10 minutes walking from home.

First, I can tell you about the decoration. It's just perfect, nice, chic, in the trend with a little twist. Of course since 2014, with Tom Dixon's copper collection, we can see the material used in different part of decorations : lights, cutlery, dishes, walls, seats, floor and not just on the roof or in the kitchen as we see it usually.  

It's a nice metal because the color can change with the light: gold or pink. And you can add it with traditional or contemporary pieces.  

The wall in front of the bar is wonderful too, made with slices of wood, it makes like an alcove, and cosy place to eat.

 Now let's talk about the food, which is also an important part when you're going to a restaurant. The menu is quite simple, the team suggest to take 2 starters or one and share a main course for 2. The starters are perfect for vegan, and for the main courses you have 2-3 fishes and one piece of meat. 

They serve you small gougères (French cheese puffs) just for the beginning, and with your coffee, they offer you a small just baked madeleine. It's simple, fresh , very good and with very nice people. 

If you're in Paris, you definitely must try this new place.
