Nothing more simple, nothing better than fresh fish in summer.
This is a simple version of ceviche. For 4 you need:
- 400g of very fresh fish (sea bass, salmon or thuja for example)
- fresh ginger
- 2 tomatoes
- a drop of olive oil
- 3 green lemons
You just have to cut the fish in small cubes, the tomatoes too. Mix them. Shred the ginger on the mix. Add the lemon juice, the olive oil, pepper and salt. Cut the coriander.
Mix all and it's ready.
