Marinated salmon

it’s like a tradition for Christmas to make marinated salmon, it’s simple and better taste than smoked salmon. 

You need: 

-500g fresh salmon  

- 1 lemon

- aneth

- coriander seeds

- pepper 

- olive oil

You cut the salmon in thin slices, put them in a nice dish, zest the lemon, mix the pepper and coriander seeds, then add on the salmon, cut the aneth, add the juice of one lemon, and end with a drop of olive oil. 

Put in the fridge during one night.  

It’s ready.
